Khasiat Madu Lebah

At first, agak janggal untuk menghisap sarang lebah tu. huhu... (:

Apa lagi, hisap jangan tak hisap.. Sangat pekat madu yang di hisap tu.. Memang betul² how liou! haha..

Sangat berani! Ladies n Gentleman, please dont try this at home.

1.      Kaya bahan anti oksidan yang menghalang free radicals daripada bertindak ke atas sel-sel yang boleh menyebabkan kanser (BBC, University of Zagreb, Croatia);

3.      Pembunuh kuman daripada jenis bacteria, fungus dan protozoa (University of Waikato, New Zealand);

4.      Mampu menyembuh ulser dan luka dengan lebih cepat dan berkesan (University of Waikato, New Zealand);

5.      Boleh merawat penyakit mata (Fotidar MR, Fotidar SN);

6.      Mampu menjadi antibiotic yang lebih berkesan (University of Cardiff, Wales).

Air Kelapa Bakar

Wow, memang variasi penggunaan buah kelapa ni sebenarnya.

So, bagi yang belum mencuba, selamat mencuba. (:

The Journey of Spain to Africa.

The road to South Africa
The title of European champions inevitably meant that Spain's opponents redoubled their efforts to claim what would be a notable scalp. Their narrow 1-0 win against Bosnia-Herzegovina - courtesy of a solitary strike from David Villa - was typical of the kind of gritty resistance they have had to overcome since Austria/Switzerland. And though Armenia and Estonia were dispatched relatively comfortably, an away clash in Belgium and a double-header against EURO 2008 semi-finalists Turkey forced the Spaniards to dig deep for nine valuable points.
Following a 2-1 win in Brussels, when they fought back to clinch victory via an 88th-minute Villa strike, came a 1-0 success over Turkey in Madrid, the goal coming from Gerard Pique. The return in Istanbul marked another 2-1 comeback triumph courtesy of goals from Xabi Alonso and then Liverpool team-mate Albert Riera. Belgium were subsequently dispatched 5-0 in La Coruna and a ticket to South Africa 2010 was assured with two rounds to spare after a comfortable 3-0 home win over Estonia. Far from taking their foot off the pedal, La Selección capped a flawless campaign with victory in Armenia and a 5-2 away thrashing of closest challengers Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The star players The team's success has been based on quality and balance throughout the side. In captain Iker Casillas Spain have one of the world's finest keepers, a man who can be relied upon to bring his superhuman reflexes to the rescue when most needed. Midfield string-puller Xavi Hernandez's inch-perfect passing and vision is vital to the Spaniards' fluid style, while at the sharp end of the attack there can be few if any better finishers than David Villa and Fernando 'El Niño' Torres.
The coach Vicente del Bosque took over where Luis Aragones left off after the EURO 2008 triumph, keeping the same footballing philosophy and core of players which dazzled the continent that summer. The experienced supremo has also hit the heights at club level with Real Madrid, winning two UEFA Champions Leagues (2000, 2002), two La Ligas (2001, 2003), a Spanish Super Cup (2001) a UEFA European Super Cup (2002) and the Toyota Intercontinental Cup (2002).
Del Bosque continued Aragones' faith in the one-touch style that has traditionally characterised Spain's play and which relies upon midfielders of the highest quality. As a recult, the Spaniards have won every game but one since the former Los Blancos boss took charge, the exception being a semi-final reverse against USA at the FIFA Confederations Cup 2009.
Previous FIFA World Cups - Spain have taken part in the finals of 12 FIFA World Cups and have not missed a single edition since failing to reach Germany 1974. - La Roja's best performance at the global showpiece was a fourth-placed finish at Brazil 1950. - At senior international level, Spain have two major titles to their name: the 1964 and 2008 European Championships.
Records - Spain recorded ten wins from ten South Africa 2010 qualifiers. - La Selección were the European Zone's second-highest scorers, firing 28 goals to end the campaign just six strikes short of the Fabio Capello's England.

Aneroxia Nervosa

Hello peeps. Today i'll share with all of you about "Aneroxia Nervosa". Many people didnot aware with this decease actually. So, have a look.

Is this topic for you?

Anorexia is one of the most common eating disorders. If you would like information about other eating disorders, see the topics Bulimia and Binge Eating Disorder.

What is anorexia nervosa?

Anorexia nervosa (say "an-uh-RECK-see-uh nur-VOH-suh") is a type of eating disorder. People who have anorexia have an intense fear of gaining weight. They severely limit the amount of food they eat and can become dangerously thin.
Anorexia affects both the body and the mind. It may start as dieting, but it gets out of control. You think about food, dieting, and weight all the time. You have a distorted body image. Other people say you are too thin, but when you look in the mirror, you see a fat person.
Anorexia usually starts in the teen years. Early treatment can be very effective. But, if not treated early, anorexia can become a lifelong problem. Untreated anorexia can lead to starvation and serious health problems, such as bone thinning (osteoporosis), kidney damage, and heart problems. Some people die from these problems.
If you or someone you know has anorexia, get help right away. The longer this problem goes on, the harder it is to overcome. With treatment, a person with anorexia can feel better and stay at a healthy weight.

What causes anorexia?

Eating disorders are complex, and experts don't really know what causes them. But they may be due to a mix of family history, social factors, and personality traits. You may be more likely to have anorexia if:
  • Other people in your family are obese, have an eating disorder, or have a mood disorder such as depression or anxiety.
  • You have a job or do a sport that stresses body size, such as ballet, modeling, or gymnastics.
  • You are the type of person who tries to be perfect all the time, never feels good enough, or worries a lot.
  • You are dealing with stressful life events, such as divorce, moving to a new town or school, or losing a loved one.
Anorexia affects less than 1 percent of the population. It is most common in:
  • Teens. Like other eating disorders, anorexia usually starts in the teen years with strict dieting and rapid weight loss. But it can start even earlier or in adulthood.
  • Women. About 9 out of 10 people with anorexia are female. But some boys and men have it too.
Many people who have anorexia are white and come from wealthy families. But it can happen to anyone.

What are the symptoms?

People who have anorexia often strongly deny that they have a problem. They do not see or believe that they do. It is usually up to their loved ones to get help for them. If you are worried about someone, you can look for certain signs.
People who have anorexia:
  • Weigh much less than is healthy or normal.
  • Are very afraid of gaining weight.
  • Refuse to stay at a normal weight.
  • Think they are overweight even when they are very thin.
Their lives become focused on controlling their weight. They may:
  • Obsess about food, weight, and dieting.
  • Strictly limit their food intake. For example, they may limit themselves to just a few hundred calories a day or refuse to eat certain foods, such as anything with fat or sugar.
  • Exercise a lot, even when they are sick.
  • Vomit or use laxatives or water pills (diuretics) to avoid weight gain.
  • Develop odd habits about food, like cutting all their food into tiny pieces or chewing every bite a certain number of times.
  • Become secretive. They may pull away from family and friends, make excuses not to eat around other people, and lie about their eating habits.
As starvation sets in, they start to develop signs of serious problems throughout the body. For instance, they may:
  • Feel weak, tired, or faint.
  • Have thinning hair, dry skin, and brittle nails.
  • Stop having menstrual periods.
  • Feel cold all the time.
  • Have low blood pressure and a slow heartbeat.
  • Have purplish skin color on their arms and legs from poor blood flow.
  • Have swollen feet and hands.
  • Grow a layer of baby-fine hair all over their body.

How is anorexia diagnosed?

If your doctor thinks that you may have an eating disorder, he or she will compare your weight with the expected weight for someone of your height and age. He or she will also check your heart, lungs, blood pressure, skin, and hair to look for problems caused by not eating enough. You may also have blood tests or X-rays.
Your doctor may ask questions about how you feel. It is common for a treatable mental health problem such as depression or anxiety to play a part in an eating disorder.

How is it treated?

All people who have anorexia need treatment. Even if you or someone you care about has only a couple of the signs of an eating disorder, get help now. Early treatment gives the best chance of overcoming anorexia.
Treatment can help you get back to and stay at a healthy weight, learn good eating habits, and learn to feel better about yourself. Because anorexia is both a physical and emotional problem, you may work with a doctor, a dietitian, and a counselor.
There are no medicines to treat anorexia. But if you are depressed or anxious, your doctor may prescribe an antidepressant medicine.
If your weight has dropped too low, you will need to be treated in a hospital. People who have lost a large portion of their weight need to take part in a live-in (inpatient) treatment program for people with eating disorders. This type of treatment can be costly, but it gives the best chance of recovery.
Anorexia can take a long time to overcome, and it is common to fall back into unhealthy habits. If you are having problems, don't try to handle them on your own. Get help now guys.

Homemade omelet.

Cara nya sangat mudah.

Bahan²:
1) Minyak masak Seri Murni
2) Marjerin
3) 1 camca garam
4) 2 batang sosej
5) 3 biji telur

Cara²:

                                          * Chef Hanif begitu tekun menghasilkan omelet nya.

                                * Inilah hasilnya.

Yummy..
Selamat mencuba! (:

Adikku doktor, Aku Jururawat

Dah seminggu cuti sem.. duduk rumah n gemokkan kan badan.. ahaa.. bgs la memandangkan aku mmg sgt kurus... Then my dad gimme a call bgtau atuk tak sehat.. I'm just wondering yg atuk x sehat mcm demam biasa la kot. Then after arrived at home, atuk dah tidur. Ayie (adik) ckp atuk tak boleh bgn n gerak.. Nak mandi pun, kene mak n ayah yang mandikan. He start to used pampers already.

Keesokan hari nya (ahad) my mum pergi kerja sebab ada pendaftaran pelajar pre-medic di Shahputra. Suppose i have to go with my mum too. Tp kena cancel sebab risau ayie tak larat nak jaga atuk sorang². So, ayie n i have to mandikan atuk. Ahaha, never tot that i'll do this job before. So, grab the glove, cuci lah apa yg patut. The hardest thing is to pakaikan pampers utk atuk. Klau budak kecik senang lah kan. Tapi tak pe. I have to. Akhirnya aku berjaya pakaikan pampers utk atuk.. :) ayie pulak kene make sure atuk makan, n bg atuk ubat. Agak lama la atuk tido. After mandikan dia tu, ayie bg dia makan roti canai, tp dia makan sikit je. Then after mkn ubt, dia tido untill for. We already prepared for his lunch. But he didnt woke up yet. Aroun 4.00 pm, atuk woke up. Dia tak nak makan nasi. Just makan goreng pisang je.

Mum n dad still not going back yet. Already 8.00 pm. Atuk need to go to toilet. Dia sakit perut. Duh. No idea what to do. So me and ayie again have to look after for atuk in the toilet. Done with that, atuk must eat nasi jugak sbb dah 2 hari dia x makan nasi. So, ayie suapkan dia nasi, then bg dia makan ubat. Cek tekanan darah dia, darah dia rendah. Maybe sebab kurang bergerak.

Today, atuk dah mula bergerak kembali. Siap masuk bilik kejutkan ayie suruh buatkan air utk dia. Alhamdulillah... Semoga atuk terus sihat..

Aku hanya tinggal seorang saja datuk. So, he's my everything.. (:

Choosing your first car is usually related to affordability and which one really meets your needs. * More stable in terms of handling especially while cruising
* A faster car in low and top range speed
* A family car which looks sporty

Advantages Of MPV:
* Can carry 7 passenger for a big family
* Have a smooth and relax feeling while driving
